You can get an estimate for your project if you plan to pay out of pocket. If it is an insurance process, we will see what the insurance estimate looks like and supplement for increases if they have left anything off. We work for insurance proceeds so that you are only out of pocket your deductible and any upgrades.

It only takes one-two days to replace an asphalt roof. We will need access to your driveway the day before and the day of to roof load materials and park the dump trailer. As long as it doesn’t rain on install day, the process is very quick! 

If the roof material is a custom metal standing seam it can take several days to install, but the house will be covered with a barrier the whole time, and protected from any weather that may arise.

You are responsible for any upgrades to the project and the cost of your deductible. Ask your insurance agent how much your deductible is at this time. The insurance company will pay for the replacement of the current roof on your home at today’s market prices for materials and labor.

When we come out to your house, we will climb up onto the roof and take photos of the storm damage and wear and tear for you to review. If we recommend that you need to call in a claim, you should have a copy of your homeowner’s insurance policy declarations page, know how much your out of pocket deductible is, and have the claims phone number handy.
